Podcast Producer – Audio & YouTube Content - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Podcast Producer to lead end-to-end production across our growing podcast slate—spanning both audio platforms and YouTube. You'll work closely with hosts, editors, and our YouTube marketing specialist, owning the full production cycle from planning to publishing.

• Lead end-to-end production for podcasts across audio and YouTube.
• Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines.
• Coordinate guest outreach and booking.
• Oversee recordings and ensure high-quality audio.
• Review/edit rough cuts for flow and clarity.
• Adapt audio episodes into YouTube-ready content.
• Publish episodes on various platforms.
• Maintain and improve production checklists.

Requirements

• 2+ years managing podcast production end-to-end.
• Familiarity with podcast hosting tools and YouTube workflows.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
• Audio editing experience (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut) are a plus.
• Understanding of podcast SEO, RSS feeds, and metadata is a plus.
