Requirements

  • Proven track record of creating high-performing short-form video content from podcast or long-form sources, with measurable traffic and retention results
  • Deep understanding of editing techniques, content pacing, and digital storytelling for B2B audiences
  • Expertise in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Knowledge of SEO, thumbnails, metadata, and formatting for discoverability on YouTube and social media platforms
  • Strong audio editing, sound design, and mixing experience to ensure professional-level sound quality
  • In-depth knowledge of platform-specific trends, formats, and optimization strategies (especially LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with producers, marketers, and SMEs
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of balancing creativity with technical execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Audio/Video Production, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience
  • A fast learner with a demonstrated history of adopting new tools and technologies to improve workflow or content quality
  • Must be available to work during U.S. business hours and manage deadlines aligned with EST
