  • Communicate via Phone, Zoom, Email, and Social Media.
  • Manage and update CRM and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain clarity in communication when reporting on KPIs.
  • Follow the sales process and engage in outbound lead generation tasks.
  • Internal communication with the Sales team.
