Overview

The Senior Frontend Engineer will build and maintain UI components in ReactJS for a fraud prevention platform, ensuring high quality and responsiveness.

In Short

Build UI in ReactJS based on Figma designs.
Implement responsive web design for various screen sizes.
Integrate with RESTful APIs using custom hooks.
Write unit and end-to-end tests in a CI/CD pipeline.
Communicate with the backend team about API discrepancies.
Investigate performance issues using browser dev tools.
Make system architecture decisions autonomously.
Deploy changes to production weekly.
Own the frontend code base and make critical decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience with NextJS.
Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of ReactJS mechanics.
Proven track record of integrating with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
Strong debugging skills for UI issues.
Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests.
