Freelance Instructor (m/f/d) - Application Initiative - Remote

Overview

We are seeking dedicated freelance instructors to prepare and conduct lessons as part of IHK advanced training programs, leveraging their expertise to help participants optimally prepare for the IHK exam.

In Short

• Independent preparation and delivery of lessons
• Structured and practical teaching of exam-relevant content according to IHK framework

• Assist in written and oral exam preparation, especially with practice tasks and case studies

Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable qualification (at least DQR/EQR level 6)
• Ideally IHK qualification or experience in training at IHK level
• Solid knowledge in the exam-relevant area
• Several years of practical professional experience
• Documented pedagogical suitability, e.g., through the trainer aptitude examination (AEVO)
• Experience in adult education or as an instructor
• Enjoyment of teaching, didactic skills, and confident demeanor
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Willingness to conduct online classes via Microsoft Teams
