Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Six months of related work experience in a call center.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Support the University’s ethical and doctrinal statements.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
