Overview

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) in an outpatient mental health clinic, you will provide high-impact psychotherapy and assessment services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

In Short

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized, research-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy with a focus on relational, cognitive-behavioral, or integrative approaches.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, MFTs, social workers, and case managers.
• Offer crisis intervention and referrals when needed.
• Participate in optional peer consultation, clinical training, and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an EHR system.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD).
• State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
