In Short

• Analyze user behavior to find and explain novel drivers of key outcomes.
• Drive proactive analysis/research into high-potential green fields.
• Ensure all teams have insight to data and can answer their own first-order questions.
• Develop data literacy programs and provide easy-to-use tools.
• Improve experimentation practices by leading change on tooling and infrastructure.
• Perform basic ETL tasks to model new dimensions in our data lakehouse.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
• Hands-on experience in defining and analyzing large datasets.
• Proven stakeholder management expertise.
• Technically proficient with analytics tools (dbt, BI tools) and languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Expertise in designing and analyzing rigorous experiments.
• Strong business acumen with statistical expertise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
