Europcar is seeking a passionate and motivated Rental Sales Agent to join their Alexandria team, offering a dynamic role in sales and customer service.

In Short

• Engage with customers to assist in renting vehicles based on their needs.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Detail and clean vehicles to business standards.
• Refuel and transport vehicles as necessary.
• Work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer literacy skills required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• A positive can-do attitude.
