Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, embracing changes while maintaining strong attention to detail.

In Short

• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud modules, including Core HR, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Perform functional testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with technical teams for seamless integration.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and new features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and time management business processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document functional requirements and test scripts.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
