• Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in high-growth companies.
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Strong research and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro.
• Experience with usability testing.
• Ability to design for complex enterprise workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Business-minded with an understanding of design impacts.
• Proactive and self-directed.
• Experience with AI tools in design.
