Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Social Media Manager who is experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns and conducting cold calls to generate leads and partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in building our digital presence across social platforms and actively reaching out to potential clients such as businesses, schools, government agencies, and more across North Carolina. In Short

  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting NC-based audiences
  • Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Build brand awareness and generate inquiries through social channels
  • Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports weekly
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce our drug testing services to potential clients in NC
  • Follow up with leads generated via ads or outreach
  • Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales/operations team
  • Maintain call logs and client contact records in CRM
  • Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising

Requirements

  • Comfortable with cold calling and persuasive communication
  • Strong understanding of the North Carolina business landscape (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and hit outreach and ad performance targets
