We are gillie, a new hair and beauty label – just before the launch. Together with a successful influencer (1.3 million followers), we are building a brand that offers stylish, durable hair accessories made from acetate and silk – with a true commitment to quality, design, and impact.

Our products are ready, our vision is clear – now we are looking for you to bring our Instagram presence to life: visually, high-quality, and moving. As part of the team, you have the chance to shape the brand's appearance from day one.

In Short

• Plan and produce Instagram content that is visually convincing and converts.
• Edit Reels and Story formats, incorporate trends, and showcase products in a high-quality manner.
• Develop mood boards and editorial suggestions in line with our aesthetics.
• Organize the Instagram feed in the editorial plan.
• Proactively contribute content ideas and further develop formats.

Requirements

• A good sense of design, aesthetics, and brand impact on Instagram.
• Experience in editing Reels (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express).
• Structured work style and ability to make independent suggestions.
• Enjoy working independently, but in close communication with the team.
• (Nice to have:) Experience creating content for a brand in the beauty/fashion sector.
