In Short

• Independently plan, execute, analyze, troubleshoot, and interpret research experiments.
• Evaluate new technologies and develop assays for early-stage discovery.
• Support multiple projects and work cross-functionally with various teams.
• Present research findings to senior staff and contribute to reports and publications.
• Basic qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in life sciences with relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and extensive experience in oncology.
• Experience with small molecules and various biological techniques is required.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Salary range is $126,820.00 - $164,120.00.
• Eligible for bonuses and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in life sciences and 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in cancer cell biology and target identification.
• Expertise in cell cycle analysis and imaging techniques.
• Proficiency in molecular biology methods like flow cytometry and gene expression analysis.
• Experience with gene function perturbation techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
