Requirements

• Qualification as an IT specialist in application development or system integration, or IT degree
• Several years of professional experience in IT
• Teaching experience in adult education, preferably in funded education
• Willingness to obtain IHK trainer qualification if not already held
• Experience with IHK topics and exam requirements is advantageous
• Willingness to work with diverse groups
• Commitment to continuous education
