Freelance Instructor for Technical English (IT) in Sponsored Education - Remote

GFN GmbH, an education provider specializing in IT, supports individuals in their further education and career reorientation throughout Germany. We are looking for freelance instructors for technical English in the sponsored education sector, available for both in-person and online teaching.

In Short

• Conduct multi-week courses in technical English for IT professions at GFN locations nationwide.
• Teach tools and learning strategies.
• Topics include the IT industry job market, hardware and data storage, BIOS, operating systems, networks, web applications, company software, and IT security.
• Provide email correspondence training and product presentations.
• Full-time positions from Monday to Friday, typically two weeks long.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in foreign languages or relevant further education.
• Pedagogical-didactic certification, e.g., Teaching English As A Foreign Language or trainer certification from IHK.
• Enjoyment in teaching and supporting participants with varying knowledge levels.
• Teaching experience in adult education.
• Technical knowledge and high IT affinity are advantageous.
