In Short

• Identify and select potential clients in the CRM.
• Proactively call leads to generate interest and gather information.
• Determine the needs and requirements of leads to qualify them for further discussions.
• Schedule qualification conversations with qualified leads.
• Manage and update the calendar with scheduled qualification appointments in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Ability to follow existing processes.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A calm, pleasant, and attractive voice.
• Clear and error-free written expression in German.
• Interest in health-related topics.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales as a setter or in sales is advantageous!
