Journeyman Geospatial Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Analyze, manage, and interpret geospatial data to support JANUS contract deliverables.
• Create and maintain high-quality maps and GIS products using ArcGIS 10.x, ArcGIS Pro, and/or Erdas Imagine.
• Apply QA/QC protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of geospatial outputs.
• Leverage remote sensing techniques to contribute to land and ground cover datasets.
• Collaborate with a remote team of analysts, data managers, and mission leads.
• Use Microsoft Office 365 for reporting, communication, and documentation.
• Maintain file structure and data hygiene using Windows File Explorer and standardized workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Remote Sensing, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS 10.x and/or ArcGIS Pro and extensions.
• MUST HAVE TDS (Topographic Data Set) experience.
• Experience with Erdas Imagine or similar remote sensing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Windows File Explorer.
