Overview

We’re seeking a versatile and hands-on Data Scientist to join our analytics team and help drive performance across the entire game lifecycle—from user acquisition to in-game engagement and monetization.

In Short

• Build and refine LTV and ROAS prediction models.
• Analyze player behavior to uncover churn patterns and engagement drivers.
• Collaborate with game designers and product teams.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve player retention.
• Build and maintain data models and pipelines.
• Create dashboards and automated reports.
• Work with marketing on attribution and campaign analysis.
• Propose and drive data science initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods.
• Familiarity with key game metrics and marketing metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Interest in AI tools and analytics workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
