Requirements

• LCSW (preferred) or LMSW with 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Strong skills in psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention.
• Collaborative mindset with medical providers and community partners.
• Solution-focused approach to helping patients.
• High level of clinical judgment and organizational skills.
