We are looking for motivated employees to support us in the areas of Opening, Setting & Closing for our online consulting service, helping students achieve their degrees through optimized learning.

In Short

• No cold calls: You will only contact warm leads.
• Pre-qualification of interested parties.
• Opening calls to gauge interest in free consultations.
• Self-organization of your daily schedule and documentation in CRM.

Requirements

• Completed training or studies, or relevant experience in customer contact.
• Strong interest in speaking with various potential clients.
• Ability to learn and follow new processes.
• Fluent in German with a clear and accent-free expression.
