• Continuously increase customer satisfaction and assist in maintaining and expanding customer portfolios.
• Schedule and conduct consulting and service appointments.
• Independently coordinate customer engagement initiatives.
• Handle prequalified customer inquiries.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and significantly improve internal processes with new insights.

Requirements

• 34d GewO insurance specialist as a minimum requirement.
• 2+ years of experience in both private and commercial insurance across all areas.
• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor at all levels.
• Secure, friendly, and above all, engaging presence.
• Strong service and performance orientation, as well as independent and customer-oriented work.
• A high degree of initiative is a given for you.
• Excited to take on new challenges and develop solutions.
