• Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and appropriate insurance coverage across all product lines.
• Take responsibility for expanding the customer base from onboarding new clients to enhancing existing relationships.
• Access modern CRM systems and framework contracts to provide effective and targeted advice.
• Continuously increase customer satisfaction and assist in maintaining and expanding client portfolios.
• Schedule and conduct consulting and service appointments.
• Independently coordinate retention actions to delight customers.
• Handle pre-qualified customer inquiries.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and significantly improve internal processes based on findings.

Requirements

• 34d GewO insurance specialist as a minimum requirement.
• 2+ years of experience in private and commercial insurance across all sectors.
• Good presentation skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor at all levels.
• Friendly and enthusiastic appearance.
• Strong service and performance orientation, with independent and customer-focused work.
• A high level of initiative is a given for you.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and develop solutions.
• Desire to contribute your own ideas and initiatives as a fundamental part of your work.
