Multilanguage LQA Lead - Remote

In Short

• Manage the LQA side of all products and new feature launches.
• Execute and manage manual LQA for different products and features.
• Assure quality and provide a bug-free localized product.
• Write test plans for linguistic freelancers testing.
• Fix linguistic bugs as reported when applicable.
• Improve processes related to localization quality assurance.
• Work closely with QA team and language specialists.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors.
• Triage filed bugs as appropriate.
• Conduct testing on website and mobile in multiple languages.

Requirements

• Experience in Localization Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of manual testing processes.
• Ability to write clear and efficient test plans.
• Experience working with language specialists and localization engineers.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Attention to detail in bug fixing and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in SaaS and B2C products is a plus.
