Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer support within the financial services sector, specifically related to insurance and investments, while ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations.

In Short

  • Provide inbound customer service support for financial inquiries.
  • Process account updates and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve service-related issues.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Perform data entry and reconcile documents.
  • Support escalation processes and service recovery efforts.
  • Review and recommend improvements to workflows.
  • Provide Quality Assurance support for FINRA-registered associates.
  • Work remotely during standard hours, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Active FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status).
  • Experience in customer service within financial services.
  • Proficiency in help desk software and communication tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
