Government Science Liaison - Remote

Overview

The Government Science Liaison will promote the implementation and funding of modern, animal-free research methods to replace experiments on animals in the U.S.

Requirements

• M.S. (preferred) or B.S. in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in science, health, or public policy.
• Experience working with decision-makers to shape policy.
• Familiarity with research and scientific terminology preferred.
• Proven ability to make sound, independent judgments.
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
• Commitment to PETA's objectives.
• Ability to travel as needed.
