In Short

• Oversee and refine financial operations
• Ensure compliance and deliver actionable insights
• Manage advanced accounting areas and daily operations
• Prepare and monitor budgets
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and external accountants
• Support audits and deliver financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of GAAP and Arizona TPT regulations
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
