AWS Infrastructure Architect - Remote

In Short

• Design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures on AWS
• Select suitable AWS services based on customer requirements (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS)
• Design hybrid or multi-cloud environments including integration with on-premises systems
• Develop architecture blueprints and reference architectures
• Advise customers on cloud strategy, migration paths, and best practices
• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and technology assessment
• Plan and implement cloud migration projects (e.g., Lift & Shift, Replatforming, Refactoring)
• Support the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Optimize existing AWS environments for performance and cost
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and project managers

Requirements

• Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
• Experience in cloud architecture and migration
• Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., Subnetting, VPC-Peering)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Security and compliance knowledge (e.g., IAM, KMS)
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana)
• Several years of experience in planning and managing AWS infrastructures
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
