In Short

• Partner with founders, product, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and design new features that empower users.
• Lead the design of critical experiences — from new widgets and integrations to improving our code generation UX.
• Help evolve and scale our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform.
• Work closely with users to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate rapidly.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas, test hypotheses, and refine interactions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Raise the bar for UX quality across the entire FlutterFlow platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally within fast-paced startups or product-driven environments.
• Able to demonstrate a portfolio of released products that simplified complex workflows for internal or developer users.
• Relentless focus on understanding users' needs and advocating for the best experience possible, particularly for technical products.
• Skilled at working closely with engineering teams to bring products to life, including a nuanced understanding of the development process.
• Thrive in ambiguity and love helping define both the problem and the solution.
• Deep attention to detail — from polished interfaces to thoughtful microinteractions.
• You are excited to collaborate across global teams and are willing to travel for quarterly team summits, including occasional international trips.
• Located in North American or Western European timezones.
