Fluidstack is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of GPU clusters, ensuring high availability and efficient operation.

In Short

• Manage ongoing operational performance of Fluidstack owned GPU clusters.
• Oversee and support data center technicians and third-party vendors.
• Ensure high availability of GPU infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and audits of data center equipment.
• Define and improve standard operating procedures for maintenance.
• Manage third-party hardware vendors.
• Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure.
• Capability to train technicians on maintenance.
• Experience with diagnosing hardware issues using Linux utilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.
