• Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently into database systems
• Maintain and update databases regularly to ensure data integrity
• Work closely with the research team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data
• Prepare and generate reports, charts and graphs based on data analysis
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in data
• Adhere to company standards and procedures for data integrity and security
• Proactively suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information
• Other related duties as assigned by the research team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
• Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs such as Excel and Access
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of data entry and database management procedures
