• Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections or adjustments
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
• Review and complete data quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
