Journeyman Electrician - Remote

Overview

Flock Safety is looking for a Journeyman Electrician to join our Product Deployment team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical theory, practical application, and safety regulations.

In Short

• Install and troubleshoot electrical components supporting Flock products.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting using electrical testing equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and NEC codes.
• Estimate time and materials for projects.
• Ensure high standards of quality in work.
• May train and mentor apprentice electricians.
• Work with a bucket truck and/or ladder.
• Provide installation pictures via Flock field app.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician (typically 4+ years).
• Thorough knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and practical application.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
