Quality Assistance Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for our first dedicated QA Engineer to help us bring quality assistance to our product development process. Instead of just catching defects late, you’ll work collaboratively with engineering teams to prevent them from happening in the first place.

In Short

• Ensure Quality in Mobile & Web Release
• Conduct regression testing and new feature validation across mobile and web.
• Collaborate with engineers to proactively catch issues before they reach users.
• Work closely with engineers to define test strategies before development starts.
• Draft test plans that engineers can use to build robust, testable features.
• Identify edge cases and potential pitfalls early in the process.
• Conduct exploratory testing across mobile, web, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing methodologies.
• Proactive & Collaborative Mindset.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with developers to improve product quality.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Ability to identify gaps in testing and propose improvements.
• Comfortable working with quality metrics and tracking bug trends.
• API testing experience is a bonus.
• Familiarity with test automation is a plus.
