In Short

• Handle day-to-day activities for health and life science practice’s account teams.
• Facilitate teamwork and coordinate resources within the account team.
• Develop and provide feedback on high-quality written materials.
• Drive strategic plans and communications campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Build relationships with external audiences including media and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor client program plans and budgets for profitability.
• Explore opportunities for incremental business growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare communications.
• Interest in the healthcare and communications field.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate clinical data into lay language.
• Understanding of digital media in integrated communications strategies.
• Experience in developing outreach plans via social platforms.
• Ability to supervise and train junior-level account staff.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Demonstrated strategic media relations planning.
• Strong client relationship skills.
