Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Flagstone, you will be accountable for delivering real results and conversion rates while collaborating with various teams to drive growth strategies through UX.

Requirements

• Experience in leading product areas or programmes of work.
• Deep specialisms in Mobile Apps, Website Design, or Web Apps.
• Strong understanding of the finance & banking sector.
• Awareness of Product Management and agile practices.
• Ability to mentor and support junior design team members.
• Proven track record of delivering successful design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and development.
