We are looking for a Founding Engineer at FITS! If you're a future founder or an engineer eager to make a meaningful impact at scale, this is one of the most exciting early-stage opportunities in the Middle East. FITS is building the future of luxury fashion by combining world-class styling with cutting-edge AI. We’re on a mission to transform the way people shop by creating the world’s most personalized, stylist-driven fashion experience — and positioning Saudi Arabia as a global leader in fashion and innovation.

In Short

• Own the technical vision and build core infrastructure from the ground up
• Shape the product that will define a new category in fashion-tech
• Move fast, dream big, and leave a legacy in one of the fastest-growing tech and fashion ecosystems in the world
• Take the lead in building and launching FITS’ platform using FullStack
• Work closely with the founders and collaborate across product, design, and engineering
• Develop clean, reusable components to speed up development
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs or performance issues
• Keep a pulse on the latest developments and bring innovative solutions
• Help shape the platform's technical foundation
• Pitch in wherever needed as part of the startup hustle

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building E-Commerce platforms — ideally 2+ years
• Strong grasp of Dart and confidence working with RESTful APIs
• A solid eye for mobile UI/UX
• Comfortable using version control tools like Git
• You care deeply about user experience and platform performance
• Start-up ready: flexible, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments
• Great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
