Overview

We are seeking a DevOps Team Lead for DF Deutsche Fiskal GmbH, part of the fiskaly group, who will ensure reliable operation of our cloud product while guiding a skilled team of DevOps engineers.

In Short

Lead and develop an international DevOps engineering team.
Mentor and support team members through coaching and performance development.
Take technical ownership of cloud operations, ensuring high reliability and performance.
Drive the evolution of Kubernetes-based cloud architecture.
Automate deployment and maintenance workflows using Infrastructure as Code tools.
Ensure operational excellence by managing incident and change processes.
Work in a dynamic, agile, and cross-functional team setup.
Flexible working conditions with remote/hybrid collaboration.
Moderate travel requirements for workshops or team events.
Emphasize automation, quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Completed technical studies or equivalent IT training.
Proactive mindset and experience in a cross-functional, international setting.
Proven experience in leading international DevOps or Operations teams.
5 years of DevOps experience desired for leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab.
Worked with cloud platforms, preferably MS Azure.
Experience with programming languages like Bash, Golang, and Python.
Knowledge of observability tools like Elastic Search and Grafana.
