In Short

• Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll.
• Administer employee benefits and support enrollment.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding.
• Manage employee changes and documentation.
• Oversee HR SharePoint site.
• Respond to HR inquiries.
• Track payments to vendors.
• Support recruitment and employee engagement.
• Contribute to HR projects.

Requirements

• BS/BA in related discipline and 2 years of experience.
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Payroll Software, preferably ADP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
