Overview

The tMagic (Check21) Finance Consultant at Fiserv is responsible for managing the transition of client’s batch processing and transaction authorization functions to the DNA platform, providing training and consultation to ensure smooth operations.

In Short

• Manage client transitions to the DNA platform.
• Provide training and workflow assessment for clients.
• Assist in configuring and implementing DNA core processing functionality.
• Document client discussions and decisions.
• Resolve service cases and escalate as necessary.
• Engage with clients to assess readiness for conversion.
• Ensure client satisfaction with the transition process.
• Assist clients in writing business specifications for custom processes.
• Test custom code as needed.
• Travel required up to 15% for client assistance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• 5+ years of experience with MS Office tools.
• Experience with DNA or other core processing systems.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Finance and Accounting.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of DNA core process system experience is a plus.
• Prior conversion experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in both front and back-office environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
