The HR and Organizational Development area focuses on holistic personnel acquisition, development, and support, as well as sustainable optimization of the organization to ensure a motivating work environment and long-term performance.

Requirements

• You are ideally studying a business, social, or humanities degree
• You are passionate about HR topics
• You are characterized by an independent, committed, careful, and goal-oriented way of working
• Fluent in German at a native level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in common MS Office programs
