Fine Point Consulting is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our fun and high energy team, responsible for various accounting activities and client interactions.

In Short

• Process client invoices and post customer payments.
• Handle vendor bills and credit card transactions.
• Manage in-house payroll and payroll tax processing.
• Prepare account reconciliations.
• Produce financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Strong technology skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Experience in a paperless environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
