Overview

Join our marketing team focused on animation & social media content at Finanzguru! We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to create animated videos that tell stories and make complex topics accessible, while energizing our social media channels.

In Short

• You will conceptualize, animate, and edit videos – from reels to explanatory videos.
• You ensure clear visual language through precise editing and color grading that aligns with our brand.
• You create dynamic motion graphics, animated typography, and tailored visual effects.
• You collaborate with our brand team to develop animated formats that make financial topics understandable and entertaining.
• You adapt existing animations and designs for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, CTV).
• You contribute creative ideas and develop storyboards or visual concepts independently.
• You experiment with generative AI tools for efficient and innovative content creation.

Requirements

• Solid experience in 2D motion design and video editing.
• Very good knowledge in tools like Adobe After Effects, Final Cut, or similar.
• A sense of timing, dynamics, layout, and storytelling.
• A portfolio or sample video showcasing your skills in animation and visual communication.
• Creative, organized, and able to deliver high-quality results reliably.
• Some experience with explanatory videos, product animations, or social media ads is a plus.
• Understanding of design systems and brand guidelines.
• Interest in new technologies (e.g., AI-based tools).
• Fluent German skills (min. C1).
