We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time, remote Production Associate. This role is structured for a 9am – 6pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) work schedule, providing the flexibility of working from home while supporting industry-leading solutions.

In Short

• Convert word and Excel files to EDGAR and pdf
• Able to proof for complex style and errors
• Meet tight deadlines with accuracy
• Develop a strong foundation of FilePoint’s mission and guiding principles
• Understand the purpose of our service and how our practices have been successful within the financial service industry
• Progress through a guided training matrix to develop skill sets for use in the production environment
• Reference team documentation daily
• Convert and review projects within the guided time frames
• Work with colleagues to solve problems

Requirements

• Service oriented individual with strong computer and communication skills
• High aptitude for learning new technical skills and computer software
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Enjoys troubleshooting and has a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to identify and create new processes to improve and automate workflow
• Thrives in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment with several moving pieces
• Has high quality control and responds positively to feedback
• Technical writing skills for clear and concise internal and external communication
• Works well with others in a team environment but able to work independently on long copy jobs
• Basic Adobe CC suite knowledge
