This role is fully remote and ideal for a self-driven recruiter who is comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong eye for talent, and are confident using modern sourcing tools, we would love to hear from you.

In Short

Actively source qualified candidates using your own tools and channels
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional sourcing solutions
Conduct the first pre-screening call
Forward qualified profiles to our team
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sourcing process

Requirements

Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer
Strong expertise in active sourcing
Own licensed access to LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other active sourcing channels
Excellent communication and screening skills
Structured, reliable and able to work fully remotely
Ability to issue invoices as a freelancer
