Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Costa Rica to support our hiring efforts for various roles across departments.

In Short

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions in Costa Rica.
• Use job boards, social media, and local networks to attract qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team.
• Communicate with candidates professionally and represent our company values.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Provide market insights and recommendations on sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelance or agency recruiter.
• Strong understanding of the Costa Rican job market and local hiring practices.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
• Prior experience in recruiting for US companies (preferred).
• Experience in hiring for roles in sales, customer service, finance, and marketing (preferred).
• Availability to work during flexible hours, depending on project needs.
