Overview

The Marketing Implementation Strategist will be responsible for leading the development of projects, marketing plans, and campaign development while tracking results in support of the retirement segment’s goals for the annuity portfolio. This position will analyze current state processes and procedures, create business cases and data-based recommendations, and work to implement them. They will also plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns and content from beginning to end, influencing the storytelling and messaging direction for marketing campaigns related to F&G’s annuity portfolio. This position will also serve as an expert marketing consultant for enterprise-wide teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share marketing stories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably B2B.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
  • Content creation and marketing planning experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence at multiple levels.
