Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Fever, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.

In Short

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and social media.
• Manage incoming calls and chats effectively.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines.
• Engage customers proactively.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations.
• Work schedule: 00 am - 8:00 am with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
• Experience with Zendesk preferred.
• High level of Japanese and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Must reside in Spain.
