Distribution Center Loader - Remote

Overview

The Distribution Center Loader is responsible for staging, shrink-wrapping, and loading products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety in the loading process.

In Short

• Stages product on pallets and shrink wraps for safe transportation.
• Loads pallets onto trucks with accuracy and speed.
• Inspects trailers for suitability before loading.
• Operates pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area to avoid accidents.
• Pulls stock orders as needed for loading.
• Follows all safety procedures and regulations.
• Assists with processing other DC shuttles.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 60 lbs.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers.
• Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using mechanical aids.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire work shift.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to get in and out of trucks safely.
