Overview

As a Web Designer at Fella & Delilah, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual and experiential aspects of our conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts.

In Short

• Design for core conversions and collaborate with the design team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing high performing landing pages and websites.
• Strong command of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in implementing designs using Webflow.
• Collaboration skills with various teams.
• Attention to detail in design consistency.
